Was just there 2 hours ago to look for a cane for my mother. The gentleman named Larry assisted my mother and I. He was very patient and attentive to my mother while helping her to choose the right cane. Thank you very much! I felt your genuineness. Overall friendly business, that in addition to a medical equipment supply store, it has a pharmacy, and a post office inside which was pretty impressive. A person can definitely cut down on running errands and get a 3 for 1 stop and shop‼

I was a CVS customer for many years but was growing increasingly dissatisfied with their service. I filled a prescription and they gave me a generic that did not agree with me. I was feeling awful and looking for a pharmacy who could help me. Ramsey, the pharmacist at John's, was very kind and extremely helpful. He was the only pharmacist out of a long list of others that I called that was willing to help. I am so grateful for Ramsey and all the other employees at John's Shop Rite Pharmacy. The service is extraordinary---the kind of service you no longer find. Really great place, I needed to rent a wheelchair for my mom and was in a time crunch. Walked in and was promptly greeted with a smile and was able to rent exactly what I was looking for. Easy drop off when returning also. Fully stocked medical supply, I didn't purchase any other items but there seemed to be great variety of items.

I've used John's Pharmacy to fill a few prescriptions recently and the customer service is great! They allow me to call ahead or request via text and my order is usually ready for in-store pick up or delivery within 60 mins. I've even stopped in in-person and the prescription was filled within 10 mins. They are great about sending out follow up reminders to re-fill prescriptions as well.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is great. The customer services is truly great. I highly recommend anyone in need of supplies to come here. They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My first visit was after my dad had a colostomy bag placed. The hospital did not give us any sort of training or information on how to care for that. A few days later my dad's skin was irritated so badly we went to the ER and they were even less helpful. Out of desperation, I found this store. I explained the situation and the person that I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I purchased the products he suggested and applied exactly as directed; that was honestly more helpful than the info given to us at the when he was discharged or at the ER. His assistance helped us heal my dad and he didn't have any issues with that again. My second visit here was just yesterday, Alfredo was so kind and patient with my grams as she looked for a new wheelchair and recliner chair. He spent so much time explaining and showing her products that would help her as she is wheelchair bound. Truly great customer service, he didn't have to spend so much time with her but he did and she went home very happy with her purchases. Thank you all so much!

After having horrible experiences at conglomerate pharmacies such as CVS and Walgreens, etc, such as long lines, lack of empathy towards customers, PRICEY meds, lost medications (the list goes on), I decided to take my prescription here. My mom and I were very impressed. Personalized customer service, speedy checkout, one on one consultations, and a neighborhood family run vibe are what makes John's stand out. The staff become familiar upon the first visit and make you feel welcome, from small talk to genuinely seeming like they care about your business. A postal office and medical supplies, as well as candy and other nick knacks are available for purchase. There is also a waiting area if you would like to sit down and read magazines while you wait.

Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was having "Chase" issues and got to watch him and his co-worker artfullly assist a rush of customers with smiles on their faces. I came in for a transport chair and found a suitable one for a better price than the surrounding med supply stores. I don't know if there is a Poke Stop there but you can throw balls at Mike!!

I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy. They are professional, have a wide variety of products, and are very reasonably priced. The biggest asset however is their staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, caring, patient, and nonjudgmental. I moved and have not been able to use their services recently, however had reason to return today, and I can confidently say I will be making the 35 min drive each way to use them for all my pharmacy needs moving forward.
